Partial Care Day Program
Our Partial Care Day Program provides intensive, highly structured behavioral health services to stabilize patients who have Medicaid and are suffering from acute and long-term mental health symptoms. Patients may enter the program from an outpatient or inpatient setting. Our multidisciplinary team provides individualized treatment that focuses on helping clients achieve their independence. Our primary goal is to restore and help our clients maintain a level of wellness that enables them to function optimally in the community.
Patients receive active treatment five hours a day, five days per week. During this time, our staff provide group and case management services, psychiatric care, and a wide array o working closely and caring for each patient. We collaborate intensively with a wide range of community providers to ensure our clients have the support and care they need to succeed.
Our Partial Care Day Program is Joint Commission certified, an attestation to the high standards of care we provide.
In addition to our core services, we offer a wide range of ancillary supports to assist our clients in their recovery.
