This ensures that you’re compliant with any mandates and that all necessary documentation is appropriately handled.
- Referrals and Recommendations: If you ever find yourself needing specialized legal counsel, our case manager can connect you with trusted lawyers or legal aid services who really understand the complexities of mental health and substance use challenges.
- Documentation & Reports: Our case manager is here to help you create and share any progress reports or documents you might need for the legal system. We’ll make sure everything is submitted on time, and that communication is clear.
Job Preservation Support
We understand that balancing recovery with professional responsibilities is a challenge. We offer guidance to help you maintain your employment while prioritizing your health.
- Communication with Employers: With your consent, our case manager can connect with your employer to share any necessary documents or updates about how your treatment is going. This can help us negotiate short-term absences, modified work schedules, or other accommodations that support your healing journey.
- FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act): If you’re eligible, our case manager can guide you through the process of applying for FMLA. This will allow you to take unpaid, job-protected leave for specific medical reasons, including mental health treatment. This ensures that while you focus on recovery, your job remains secure.
- Job Re-entry Support: Getting back to work after going through intensive treatment can feel quite overwhelming. Our case manager is here to help you navigate this transition smoothly, making sure you feel confident and supported as you get back into your professional environment.
Transportation Services
Reliable transportation shouldn’t be a barrier to treatment. To ensure accessibility, we offer transportation services for clients enrolled in our PHP and IOP.
- Convenient Pickup and Drop-Off: We provide transportation to and from our facilities, making it easier for you to attend sessions.
- Accessible Locations: Our facilities are conveniently located in Mercer and Camden counties of New Jersey. We are located in close proximity to public transportation.
