Empowering Recovery with Comprehensive Day Treatment

Our PHP provides a higher level of care for those who need intensive support while maintaining their independence. PHP offers a structured and supportive environment to help you stabilize your mental health, overcome substance use challenges, and work towards lasting recovery without having to commit to full-time residential treatment.

Is PHP Right for You?

Our Partial Hospitalization Program is ideal for individuals who are:

  • Transitioning from inpatient treatment and require continued intensive support.
  • Experiencing significant challenges with mental health, substance use disorders, or co-occurring conditions.
  • In need of a structured treatment plan but want to maintain their daily routines, such as living at home, attending school, or managing family responsibilities.

What to Expect

Our PHP is led by a team of licensed therapists, psychiatric professionals, and recovery specialists dedicated to your well-being. Throughout your time in our program, you’ll receive a blend of evidence-based therapies and holistic care designed to promote healing and sustainable recovery.

  • Comprehensive Psychiatric Assessments: Our experienced psychiatric staff conducts thorough evaluations to tailor your treatment plan to your specific needs. We regularly monitor your progress and adjust your plan to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Engaging Group Therapy: Group therapy offers a supportive space where you can connect with others who get what you’re going through. These sessions are designed to be both skill-focused and process-oriented, providing psycho-educational insights and peer support.
  • Individual Counseling Sessions: Engage in one-on-one therapy to explore personal challenges, set meaningful goals, and create actionable steps toward recovery. These sessions provide a confidential space to focus on your individual needs.
  • Medication Management: For those using medication as part of their recovery journey, our team ensures careful monitoring and adjustments to maximize its effectiveness and support your overall treatment.
  • Skill-Building Workshops: In our workshops, we offer practical tools that can really help with long-term recovery. You’ll learn how to manage triggers, regulate your emotions, prevent relapse, and improve your stress management and relationships.
  • Continuous Transition Support: As you finish your program, our team will help you smoothly transition to lower levels of care, making sure you have the support you need for long-term success.
  • Dedicated Case Management: Our compassionate case managers are ready to help you out with any additional support, whether it’s coordinating care or connecting you to community resources. We’re here to help you tackle any obstacles in your path.

Evidence-Based Therapies

Our program incorporates a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT is an effective treatment for substance use disorders and mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. It helps you identify and reframe negative thought patterns while developing healthier coping strategies.
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): DBT is an effective treatment for substance use disorders and mental health conditions like borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. It focuses on developing skills in emotional regulation and mindfulness, supporting long-term recovery and mental wellness.
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI): MI is proven to increase your engagement in substance abuse and mental health treatment. By fostering self-reflection, it helps you boost your motivation and strengthen your commitment to making positive changes.
  • Trauma-Informed Care (TIC): Trauma-informed care is an effective framework for both substance abuse treatment and mental health care. By focusing on how trauma affects people, we can enhance engagement, manage symptoms better, and improve overall results.

Program Structure and Flexibility

Our PHP is typically structured over the course of 2-6 weeks, but we can adjust the duration based on your progress and individual needs. Our program is conducted five hours per day, five days a week. This schedule allows you to focus fully on your recovery while still maintaining your home life and personal responsibilities.
